| Qualifications | Staples Business Advantage is currently seeking to add a Business Development Associate to our team.
•Implementation of sales strategy and ensure the company meets revenue and profit objectives through targeted prospecting of Mid-sized to Large accounts. •Will call on those who influence decisions and decision-makers within accounts and schedule face-to-face contact with prospective buyers. •Manage the transition of new accounts to designated Account Managers. •Develop new business primarily through in-person contacts, phone follow-up, and presentations. Qualifications We prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and/or 3-5 years of successful sales experience. We need driven, smart sales executives who can THINK BIG to develop new business: open new doors, establish and build accounts. You must be a self-starter with proven energy and motivation, willing to find, develop and close sales leads. You must be results oriented, self motivated, have excellent time management skills and is driven by both financial and career growth opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Knowledge of products, pricing, competition and sales objectives is a plus. |
